• Implementing laboratory Standard OperatingProcedures and policiesin accordance and statutory requirements and ISO standards e.g ISO 9001-2015 for Quality Management System to ensure that all products being manufactured meet the requirement.
• Maintain stock levels for chemicals, reagents,equipment, glassware and consumables in the laboratory.
• Participates in audits such as Internal and Supplier audits.
• Participates in Quality Controland Quality Improvement for cleanroom area and laboratory, then recommends for rejection of goods that fail to comply with the ISO standards.
• Do sterility, bio- burden, sterilization, sensitivity, specificity and other chemical tests on various samples manufactured.
• Prepare laboratory reagents, solutions and culture media in accordance to SOPs.
• Keep inventory of the lab materials and raise purchase requests for procurement of equipment, reagents, chemicals, to ensure the availability of all necessary items in stock forregular quality test and experiments.
• Performed specialized chemical, bacteriological and physical testsand analysis of manufactured goods. 
• Performs microbiology tests on all finished products.
