Duties 

• Collecting school fees and their bursaries from the students.
• Preparing expense claims for the lecturers.
• Writing cheques, recording and Depositing cheques to the bank.
• Deducting withholding tax from the external lecturers
• Preparing petty cash vouchers and making petty cash disbursements 
• Preparing imprest warrants 
• Recording in the cashbook and balancing it off.
• Preparing payment vouchers for the suppliers and their invoices and deducting the withholding tax
• Filling the 2% VAT deducted from the suppliers.
