I am an entry-level Cybersecurity and IT Support Specialist with hands-on training through Cisco Networking Academy and ISC2. My skills include system security, network troubleshooting, vulnerability assessment, and quality assurance testing. I have completed a technical attachment at KETRACO, where I gained practical experience supporting users, managing system configurations, and applying cybersecurity protocols.

I’m a passionate and detail-oriented IT Support and Cybersecurity trainee with hands-on experience from my attachment at Kenya Electricity Transmission Company (KETRACO). I’ve worked on system troubleshooting, user support, network maintenance, and implementing basic cybersecurity controls. I also hold a Cisco Junior Cybersecurity Analyst certification and am currently pursuing the ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam.

My skills span across IT support, system documentation, QA testing, and client onboarding. I’m eager to apply my knowledge to support organizations in building secure, efficient, and user-friendly IT environments.
