Prepared and cooked a wide range of cuisines, internationally and locally including Middle Eastern, Asia, Europe and African fusion, preparing main meals, various salads, bakes like breads, cakes, cookies, slices among other dishes.
Hosted frequent guests in small or large numbers for meals at any time of the day and children parties. Switched on as a cleaner/housekeeping when there could be a shortage of workers or when they are on leave.

Responsible for menu planning and shopping for the necessary ingredients. Prepared and cooked meals from different cuisine globally, both savoury and sweet foods.
Catered for receptions, which involved catering for up to 200 people, occasionally. Supervised a small team and trained them on how to set the table and to provide table service. Whenever cleaner was on leave became a housekeeper/cook instantly.
