Position: Software Developer and IT technician at Sapiens IT Lab.
Programming customized ERP applications based on user requirements like:
Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
Plan, Organize, Direct, Control and Evaluate daily operations.
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
Prepare reports, manuals andother documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
Design, develop and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.

Monitor software support backups and procedures to ensure data recovery.
Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions.
Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software and application software.
Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs.
Identify and reportsystems issues to IT administrators. Monitor and test resolution of those that have been sent to IT administrators.
Monitor antivirus software, update and repair computers infected with spyware, adware and/or virus.
Monitor ICT support backups and procedures to ensure datarecovery.
Record activities, solutions and other responses to request for service.
Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation for equipment.
Contribute to GCH technical documentation and participate in policy, procedure and standard development.
Consult with the administrators, perform research and evaluate solutions to assist in the selection and purchase of equipment and installation or upgrade of systems.
Assist users in determining appropriate software solutions to meetneeds.
Develop and provide user training forbasic hardware andsoftware use.
Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff.
