I carry out inspection of the ongoing construction projects making sure they adhere to design specifications, schedule and legal requirements.
- I write weekly report on the progress of work, numbers of workers and any events or visits on site.
- Reporting site condition to the supervisor.
- Taking measurements and samples to make sure work and materials meet specifications and quality standards.
- Ensures that the contractor follows health and safety procedures and the projects are on schedule.
- Assessing the potential risks of the project
