I am senior finance and banking professional with over 20 year working experience in the mainstream banking industry. My experience cuts across all banking functions, that is, retail, card operation, cash management, project management and Finance.
Currently, am area Financial Controller at Majid Al Futtaim, where I supervise 4 stores with combined sales of over 1 billion per month. Prior to joining Majid Al Futtaim, I worked in National bank in various senior roles with demonstrable achievements for 23 years. As Head of Finance cost and IFRS, I successfully implemented IFRS 9 for the bank, achieved cost save of 350 million on reviewed vendor contracts and saved over 400 m as head reconciliation.
Other achievements were setting up Central cash service, outsourced teller services and successful implementation of core banking implementation projects.
