My name is Anthony and am seeking for employment as an operations manager or in food n beverage department as F&B manager, food & beverage assistant manager ,Restaurant manager or any relevant position in food & beverage department. Been working in Dubai for the past 4years as F&B supervisor in restaurant, banquet & events, in room dining and VIP lounge in both Starwood hotels and Marriott hotels. Have also worked as F&B outlet manager in Marriott Kigali hotel in Rwanda where I was in charge of the bar and the fine dining Italian restaurant.Have also worked in Eastland hotel Nairobi as the restaurant manager.Have alao worked in misty mountain lodge narumoru as the general manager.Am currently working in Windsor golf club as a consultant in food and beverage.
I have a diploma hotel management and a total of 8yrs experience in hospitality.
