Tracy Atieno

I am Tracy Atieno, currently a part time student at The Technical University of Kenya studying for bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. I also attained my diploma in Civil Engineering from The Kisumu National Polytechnic from Sept 2017- Feb 2021. I had training in KenHa (Kisumu) and Kisumu west CDF during my internship program in diploma.

My hobbies include drawing and swimming. I enjoy learning to code from SheCodes and would like to combine my coding and engineering skills in the future to build a application that would be beneficial in the engineering field.

Personal Assistant(PA) & Site agent for OBJ contractors Kisumu (March 2020 - August 2021) ; Was responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and coordinating field trips.Also responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Engineer, and responding to or directing them appropriately.

Responsible for managing and organizing documents, files, and records, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.

During field work I was responsible for the management of the construction site in order to achieve required project delivery to the customers' objectives, while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control.

Studied Civil Engineering at The Kisumu National Polytechnic and attained my diploma. Currently a part time student in Technical University of Kenya for a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. Also acquired skills in coding from Moringa school.
