My name is vanier purity wanjira.

I studied at Alice Italian academy graduated with a certificate.Am both a pastry and hot dishes chef.Cooking is really my passionate,I love to see the smile on people's faces when the taste good food,gives me joy,love food plating because I believe first impression matters and when you have a glance of food and it's attractive people will want more.I am looking for an opportunity where I can be free express my passions and come up with new ideas.Apart from being chef I also love to present and serve food .I have had a one year experience of this work and also I love to cook for myself at home ,do a nice plating and take some pictures which also I believe is an experience to explore more.

Before doing a certificate in Italian cuisine I worked with a chef who did private parties at westlands ,I always helped her to prepare meals , present and served ,I learnt many recipes and the art of food plating.I worked with the chef for 1year then decided to do a course in food.

I did my high school at magomano girls highschool adi passed with a grade of c , after wards joined kabete technical and did electric engineering then later decided to persue with where my passion lies.
