My name is Veronica Atieno .
I have a great deal of experience in sales and marketing, call center and client service. Having worked with Both Brilliant Dom LTD and Cytonn Investments as a sales agent and Contact care agent respectively, where I garnered enormous experience and got significant accomplishments;
▪ 2018; Ranked the best sales agent with the Brilliant Dom company that earned me a contract renewal.
▪ 2020; Cytonn Investment Company-Surpassed my monthly targets, with best lead to client conversion rate, 98% FCR. June 2020, the best call Center agent and got a pay rise as well as change of title.
My career objective is to conceptualize knowledge and skills acquired through training and experience and secure a promising position that offers both challenge and good opportunity for growth, experience and service. To become a successful Call Center representative.
I responded to all incoming emails and calls within the stipulated timeline, where I provided product and service information to customers. This led to an increase in lead to client conversion rate. I also prepared and delivered internal reports and client facing reports submitted to clients while adhering to deadlines.
I also do email management where I respond to all emails received in the Call Centre mailbox regarding all investment queries, requests and complaints. This includes following up with relevant stakeholders and ensuring that action is taken within the stipulated timeframes and the feedback loop is closed.
I am currently a part time student at East African Institute Of Certified studies doing Secretarial Studies and will be done by end of this year. I finished my form four in 2016 as well I have a certificate in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing and Certificate in Employability.
