Victor Bidii

I am self-motivated, focused, a team player with good communication and analytical skills, a fast learner and always willing to learn, share and be taught. I have a positive attitude and posse’s excellent writing and ability to present ideas in an organized manner. Additionally, I possess excellent Microsoft excel, data management and computer related technical skills such as networking, computer and printer troubleshooting and maintenance.

I am a team player with excellent inter-personal skills and computer related technical skills such as troubleshooting and networking. Additional I posses excellent data management skills such as data entry, cleaning and analysis. In the places I have worked before (especially at Kwetu Training Center, Amurt-Africa, Mombasa-CBHC and Sasra), I have been actively involved in doing data collection using data collection tools such as Odk collect, Kobo toolkit, doing entry into system (CPIMS),constant data backup and data cleaning to ensure good quality of the data. Additionally, I have been working with the LIP MEAL in identifying data quality gaps and addressing them adequately, helping the programs team in populating data and tables required in preparing both weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. I have also been participating in filling and in data review meetings to identify any data gaps. I have also been involved in offering ICT support at the office which involved PC and printer troubleshooting, setting up new workstations, networking (LAN & WAN), anti-virus and Microsoft installation and training work mates and locums on using the various software such as Microsoft excel in doing data analysis.

I am a hold of Bachelors in Business Information Technology at JKUAT. I graduated in 2017 with a Second Class Honors Upper Division.
