Plan, supervise, and deliver projects from project initiation through fabrication, installation, commissioning, and servicing. Lead and manage technicians, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to standard operating procedures. Oversee site execution and commissioning, resolve technical challenges promptly, and ensure accurate implementation of approved designs and specifications.
Serve as the primary technical link between management, project teams, service teams, and clients, while tracking progress, submitting reports, and driving continuous improvement within the department.
