I have excellent phone etiquette and the ability to answer calls using your company’s call scripts.
Besides, I have the skills to keep detailed information concerning all calls and I speak two languages fluently that is English and Swahili. In case of any challenge, I possess active listening skills with the ability to stay focused in order to understand the problem and to determine what the customer wants or expect in order to resolve their issue. I also possess the ability to seek for the best solution available that will improve a great customer experience while following the rules and policies set by the company.
