I am a 2022 graduate and a former short term staff with 11 months of experience under an apprenticeship program with FOCUS (Fellowship of Christian Unions) Kenya. I have known how to be team led, what it means to learn on the job and being mindful of others as a responsibility. I am a confident and efficient communicator; in writing and in speech, flexible to changes, ready to learn and a team player. I have a desire to gain working experience for confident, diligent and excellent service in whatever I find myself doing.

Being a recent graduate, I have worked in a non profit organization. This involved a direct interaction with young people in institutions of higher learning for 11 months. I have appreciated team leadership, and how to be a team player, what it means and takes to learn on the job and working under minimum supervision. My verbal and written communication skills have been nurtured as well as interpersonal, planning and organizational skills. I have also acquired good working computer knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
