I am a Hospitality GM / Director of a Operations I Consultant with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in safari and wilderness operations. I work for East Africa Safari Ventures, a leading provider of mobile, seasonal, and permanent camps in Kenya and Tanzania, catering to high-end clientele who seek personalized and memorable experiences in the natural environment.
My core competencies include procurement, budgeting, planning, scheduling, and supply chain management, which I use to optimize the efficiency and profitability of the company's fleet and assets. I also handle projects, assets movement, and reconciliation, working with local communities and HR teams to build and maintain strong client relationships.
