Wallace Njeru

I am a Kenyan raised and trained supply chain professional with 6 years experience in a busy FMCG environment handling raw materials and engineering spares at different instances. I have worked as a Stores manager managing at least 3 individuals where we were responsible for day to day running of stores operations and ensuring the business got what was required. I am well vast in ERP systems including SAP and Coupa while also good in reports presentation in PowerBI and Ms excel for record keeping.

I am a Warehousing, purchasing and supply chains professional with 6 years experience. I have experience have worked in both raw materials and engineering stores. In my current role, I am employed in East Africa by a UK based organization ; Entec International Ltd where i work as a purchasing solutions lead where i lead in review of purchase requirements for the business and lead in processing the requests into POs.

I equally lead in cross- referencing of items for future purchases and to make them easier to identify. I am also involved in stores audits where we review different businesses stores and give recommendations on ways they can improve their warehouses and make them safer and have good space utilization while minimizing their spend by identifying duplicates and regulating purchases.

In my previous role, i was employed by East African Maltings Ltd as an inventory controller. My roles were to lead the stores team in receipt and issuance of items from the warehouses.

I have a degree in Procurement and Supply Chains Management from Kenyatta University; Kenya .

Continuous tertiary education with most recent being a certificate in Data analytics and presentation.
