I have experience as a customer care representative, having worked as a remote customer care agent with United Call Centre since 2019 where my responsibilities included but were not limited to General customer service tasks (handling outbound and inbound calls, chats and emails), escalating problems in English for Second Line Help-desk support, giving immediate feedback and helping with any additional administrative tasks on the different campaigns. I have experience with Zendesk customer support software and VCC cloud contact centre software for handling inbound and outbound communication. I am proficient in English and confident that I can take up and perform any customer care job to your satisfaction.
