Wangui Karimi

I am a self-motivated individual with three years of working experience in customer service, both in-person and remote. I’m passionate about breaking down barriers and ensuring every client has a positive experience.

I believe my personal and professional experiences provided me with the necessary skills to deliver quality support to each customer I interact with, and also exceed expectations.

I have worked with Ecosave Consultant for a period of three years, from 2018-2021, as a customer service representative/ data entry specialist. I have also worked with corporates as an audio/video transcriptionist/captioner for a period of two years, from 2020 to date.

I am a holder of a Diploma in Information Technology from Nyeri Technical Training Institute.
