Position: Software QA Test Engineer.
Duties and Responsibilities.
Designing/Creating & executing test cases, test plans alongside QA lead guidelines. Executing manual test scripts and identifying product defects. Creating automated scripts and operating test tools. Debugging and in-depth triaging of logged defects. Testing machines and system configuration for compatibility testing. Testing environments deployment and troubleshooting issues. Engaging with software developers on resolving identified issues. Analyzing and submitting reports of test results. Suggesting user experience improvements & feedback to the development. Documenting failed issues, Reported bugs and errors to development teams
2014 - 2018: Bachelor of science in Mathematics and Computer Science. Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Second class Honors.
