I am an experienced care assistant. I hold an nvq level 4 and level 5 in health and social care. I am a compassionate, friendly, resilient and friendly care worker who gives person-centered care.

I worked as a carer my roles included, assisting with feeding, assisting with personal grooming which entailed ; showering, toileting, washing hair, dressing etc,

planned activities to keep residents busy like garden therapy, yoga, cards etc kept daily records to monitor progress and include any changes.
