A strategic and solutions-driven leader with over 10 years of professional experience providing leadership to diverse projects, research work, data management, and program administration. I have specialized in being a key advisor on matters of Project startups, spearheading data collection processes, offering strategic leadership to teams, preparing comprehensive reports based on findings, and ensuring the smooth running of programs in these areas by meeting the set project KPIs within the target time frame.

Highlights of my experienced is in Development and Humanitarian projects in NGOs, FBOs contexts with great understanding of donor relations, National & County governance systems, Networking & Collaboration. I have always provided success and effectiveness in the projects I have managed. Moreover, I have excelled in coordinating and working with stakeholders by executing critical tasks from the initial phase to implementation and Evaluation.

Aside from this, I have experience in budgeting, accounting and forecasting, as well as reporting processes and deliverables having managed projects funded by UNDP, DFID, USAID, Diakonia, URAIA, Bread for the World, Tear Fund, World Vision, Christian Aid among others.

I have over 10 years experience in project management having offered leadership and execution on projects across different thematic focus including Eduacation, Health Advocacy, Peace and Governance, Leadership and Capacity development, Child protection and Youth engagement. I have played different roles that include Project Intern, Project Assistant, Field Officer, Project coordinator and Regional Manager.
