I am a computer science graduate with a robust foundation in software development and system architecture. Proficient in languages such as Python, Java, and C++, I am also well-versed in web development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies using django, vuejs, bootstrap and nodejs frameworks.. My database management skills include designing and optimizing relational databases using SQL.

Additionally, I have practical experience using R for statistical computing, enabling me to perform data analysis, representation, and visualization effectively.

I have practical experience in routine office work, including network configuration, installation, and maintenance, as well as software and hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. I am skilled in database backup strategies and have experience in help desk solutions and support using remote desktop softwares, inventory management, report generation, and training. I am also proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, holding a certification and over seven years of practical experience using MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher, and Power BI.

Beyond my technical skills, I possess competencies such as an analytical mind critical for problem-solving, high discipline, and a strong value for teamwork and a curiosity to learn. I also have excellent communication skills and adaptability.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, a Cloud Computing Certification from AWS, and a Microsoft Office Certification, along with data analysis and visualization expertise using Power BI. This provides me with a comprehensive understanding of computer science principles. Overall, I bring a diverse skill set, combining technical expertise with a proven track record of successful project delivery and collaborative teamwork.

As a dedicated and versatile freelance professional, I have amassed over two years of extensive experience in web development, cloud solutions, programming, and database management. I have successfully designed, developed, and maintained dynamic websites and web applications, utilizing my expertise in various programming languages and frameworks. My proficiency in cloud solutions includes deploying and managing applications on major platforms such as AWS which I’m currently certified in, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Additionally, I have demonstrated strong skills in database management, optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity. My experience also extends to comprehensive systems setup, including both hardware and software installation, providing end-to-end solutions for clients. A 4 year course in Masinde Muliro University which gave me an opportunity to extensively learn and apply my skills to real world scenarios through attachments and field work. An extensive lab work gave me an opportunity to apply my knowledge and test out relevant theories.
