Duties and responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities for general trade vendors/outlets within the defined territory.
• Find new ways of reaching existing general trade vendors/outlets within the defined territory.
• Foster relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of our target customer segments.
• Trends analysis and Intel Gathering: Assist in the analysis of customer trends to enhance sales and service management process and pre-requirements. Provide reports on market intelligence gathered by the team and send to HQ.

• Satellite Leadership: In charge of satellite performance in accordance with set targets. 
• Management & Planning: Plan for the Unit in terms of marketing Drives, dormant reactivations, collections and strategies to achieve set targets. 
• Customer Service Delivery: Deliver first-rate customer service through consistent follow-up, and customer education. 
• Know-Your-Customer and Due Diligence: Proper customer identification and verification through spoof calling and customer reference and identity checks. 
• Trends analysis and Intel Gathering: Assist in the analysis of customer trends to enhance sales and service management process and pre-requirements. Provide reports on market intelligence gathered by the team and send to HQ. 
• Information Desk: Provide accurate information for walk-in customers, conduct customer education before signing disbursement forms, compile Intel for the Unit.
• Administration Duties: Ensure office is clean, filing, procurement and inventory
