William Macuga

Although I do not have any professional experience as a Frontend Engineer, I have been actively involved in software development for several years. During this time, I have worked on various personal projects, such as building web applications, creating responsive designs, and utilizing different technologies such as HTML, CSS, .Net core and JavaScript.

Through these experiences, I have honed my skills in frontend development and have become proficient in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Moreover, my experience has taught me how to write clean, maintainable code and has given me exposure to various development tools and frameworks.

Elephant Healthcare Limited, Nairobi — Customer Success Coordinator

Working across Kenya, from the remote regions of north-eastern and the urban areas within the Nairobi region, to introduce and support the adoption of the elephant primary care Operating system. This is by:

• Project coordination with the development team. Conducting user interviews and identifying software lifecycle. 
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback. 
• Create personas through user research and data. 
• Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
