I hold a diploma in Mechanical engineering production option with 10 years experience in repair and maintenance of machinery like air compressors, round and square teabag packaging machines, soap manufacturing process plant, tea blending machines, firebars boiler maintenance, repair and maintenance of steam boilers ,steam turbine , irrigation water system and fertilizer fertigation automated system, tea drying machines, soap stamping and packaging machines, cut ,curl and tear tea machines, planning for production and materials, planning for manpower and training them on safety issues, training of machine operators and technicians on standard operating procedures and General manufacturing practices and there implementations .planning for preventive maintenance schedules and procuring of spare parts of machinery. Good at workshop tools especially welding and fabrication, machining and maintenance of the same machines.
