My responsibilities have included mortgages, business loans, personal loans, key accounts management, acquiring new businesses and increasing market share. I also have an excellent history in recruiting, building capacity, managing, and mentoring of company staff.

The diversity of my work experience from managing a business enterprise, to an electoral process trainer, and finally to the banking industry has equipped me with a wide range of knowledge and excellent skills; business and client management, integrity and accountability, research and presentation, leadership, interpersonal, networking, communication and organizational skills. I have worked with FAULU Microfinance for over 7 years, starting as a Direct Sales Consultant to currently as a Team Leader Retail. The banking industry has offered me an all-round view of the field of banking which has been instrumental in equipping me with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the role.
