I have achieved alot as a customer services expert and I am a great asset in the field of Customer Service.

I have a more than 7 year record dealing with customers and their needs.

With all these, I believe I am well suited for this role.

I have experience working in a tour firm as a front desk assistant, my main roles were to handle all customer queries, take them through the companies itineraries and handout brochures to them.

I have also worked as a customer services and sales assistant at a retail brand with outlets in all major malls in Kenya and East Africa.

I have also worked as a Store Manager of the retail brand.

I have great experience with customers and services offered to them.

I have a diploma in tourism management acquired at Mombasa Polytechnic University college.

I have training in Computer systems and applications and finally I have attended different workshops on short trainings to do with customer services and experience.
