I am a focused and committed research scientist with over 10 years of having worked in various research and practicing capacities and different organizations both government and non-governmental organizations. I have great knowledge of various research and data analyses including MS Office, Natural and Human Resources Mapping, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), proposal development, project management, workshop facilitation /trainer, Baseline Surveys, and Needs Assessment. A great leader who is able to motivate and empower project management teams.

I provide thorough guidance in all phases of development and am able to help various departments work together to ensure success. My strong people skills, as well as my meticulous nature, make me adept at bringing together all pieces of the puzzle in an orderly and streamlined fashion.
