I am a qualified customer service personnel and currently in the hotel industry where I have worked for almost 5 years now. I love interacting and meeting new people.

Working in the hotel industry is not only interesting but also very educative and it has given me many opportunities to grow and be a much better person.

I have worked as a waitress and cashier and later on as a supervisor.

I have a diploma in food and beverage, sales and service and management from the Nairobi Technical training institute.

I have also done customer service and marketing on a personal level.
