Holds a record of managing projects and delivering over 90% success rates. Possesses strong proven business development and origination capabilities, as well as an outstanding track record leading teams and forging long-lasting client relationships. A passionate leader who is keen on applying skills to implement internal controls, consolidate ideas, and motivate teams towards high performance.

Over the past three years, I have led program implementation in various capacities at GiveDirectly.Org. These capacities include as an Associate Program Manager, M&E and Associate Project Manager, Field. Specifically, I have guided teams in, among others;

• Formulation and attainment of the Organisation's strategy 
• Lead M&E and follow-up teams on analysing the impact of the cash to the beneficiaries and collect inspiring stories on the impact
• Prioritizing a portfolio of project launches and negotiate timelines
• Ensure project timelines, deliverables, budget and overall project goals are met in line with the project operation manuals

In 2017, I graduated from Kenyatta University with a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health. I am therefore well versed with climate protection, public health, sanitation and hygiene, safe use of chemicals, healthy and safe workplaces. I have implemented these skills through the communities I have engaged with who live in various slums including Kibera, Mukuru, Mathare, Kilifi among others.

I also hold a NEBOSH International General Certificate from Shield's College which I attained in 2020.
