Highly reliable & experienced project control, project execution / sub-contractors management professional working over a period of 20 years. Strong background of EPC contracting , providing services to over 14 projects with a total construction cost of more than US $ 1.1 Billion including but not limited to commercial and shopping mall buildings, High rise buildings, Oil & Gas projects , Power Stations, water-waste water Plants , sewage Pump station , Infrastructure and wide range utilities and administration projects.
My abilities are always focused on achieving a company's strategic milestones and requirements using creative and efficient methods, Specialized in EOT and challenges on claims. Experienced in complete project management including project management control systems, computerized project control software, claims analysis/prevention, risk analysis/management (contingency planning), design, and supervision, training and business development. Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously and bringing them in a timely & cost effective manner.
Core responsibilities include budgeting, cash flows, L1, L2, L3 planning & cost schedules and contract administration. High oral & written communication skills with sound independent decision making abilities.
My Planning & Control responsibilities include development and implementation of Project Control Systems and Management Information Systems, Key person in preparing and development of master, design, construction, procurement and material submittal schedules, detailed Look Ahead , Projects Monthly and Quarterly targeting Revenue, Company Budgeting in association with PCSD, Resource Allocation/Leveling ,resource analysis, cost control techniques, cash flow requirements and reporting, include solid knowledge of FIDIC, International standards, contract conditions and latest computerized contract management software
