Monitor and control Building Management System (BMS) and associated HVAC(Chillers, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers & Thermal Storage System, Motors&Pumps, Boilers, AHU, HRU, FCU, Fans) lighting, and electrical systems(Power Station, Lighting, UPS, Generator ) Firefighting& Fire Alarms systems, Elevator& Escalator, Water & Energy Meter, Sump Pumps.

Knowledge of Design, develop, and commission BMS systems in commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

Monitor Operation Theater& Inter Care Unit Temperature Pressure. Diagnose and respond to system alarms,faults, and alerts in real time.

Perform routine scheduleand plan coordinate preventive maintenance (PPM)with the technical team.

Maintain logs and reportsfor system performance and incidents.
