To lead the team and direct them in areas of responsibility in supply chain management, Logistics, Procurement,Distribution,administration,shipping,receiving, loading unloading, cross docking, work base task scheduling employees, sanitation, housekeeping, quality, safety and fair usage environmental machinery and tools.
Liaison between reporting authorities, warehouse other departments including Sales, marketing, distribution and supply Chain.

Designation: Shift-Supervisor –Warehouse Operations
Ø Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff during the assigned shift.
Ø Allocate tasks and monitor employee performance to ensure productivity targets are achieved.
Ø Ensure all inbound, outbound, receiving, picking, packing and shipping operations are completed on schedule.
Ø Enforce company policies, warehouse procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ø Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities, operational updates, and performance expectations.
Ø Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance issues to minimize operational disruptions.
Ø Train, coach, and mentor warehouse employees on procedures, safety practices, and performance standards.
Ø Monitor attendance, manage shift schedules, approve leave requests, and maintain workforce discipline.
Ø Prepare and submit shift reports, including productivity, inventory, safety incidents, and operational performance.

Designation: In charge –Regional Distribution Center (Warehouse, Distribution and Receiving)
Ø Manages Warehouse with area of 3000 m2 with servicing to 20 outlets daily as SOP.

Ø Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
Ø Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layout, inspecting equipment, issuing requisitions for replacement
Ø Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling data storage system
