- Coating inspection of Subsea Pipeline, which involves Witnessing of surface preparation, Holiday tests, Impact tests, Hardness tests, Salt and chloride contamination tests, and cross adhesive tests, DFT & WFT checks, etc.
- Inspection of Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating of Girth Welds.

- Inspection of External Painting of different painting systems of pipes, spools, exchangers, pressure vessels, columns, structure, and tanks.

Flake reinforced Epoxy/ Vinyl ester lining of Pipe internals, Pressure Vessels, and Tanks.
- Automated Blasting by wheel blast machine for pipes. Vertical and horizontal automated blast machine for Tank Shell and Bottom. High-temperature plural feed applied polyurethane.
- Stage Wise Inspection of Surface Preparation, Coating & Lining Process, Monitoring Ambient Conditions.
- Responsible for the performance of onsite task-related Quality Control Compliance.
- Ensure Inspection duties are in accordance with Quality Program.
- Responsible for Documentation of Inspection activities and Maintenance of Quality Control records.
- Inspection of Material Storage and Receipt Inspection facilities
- Ensure all Inspection equipment requiring Calibration is certified under the organization of meteorology calibration Programs.
- Inspection of Entire Coating activities as per ISO, SSPC, NACE, API, BS & ASTM Standards or other specifications as per client requirements.
- Inspection of Wet blasting & moisture tolerant coating systems for Jacket legs, riser lines.
- Inspection of above-ground coating systems for decks & piping.
