With over 20 years of education leadership experience I have been successful at developing people, processes and systems to make the institutions I serve premier education systems within their regions. I understand the conditions upon which students learn and how to coach staff to become high performing teachers. I use data to make decisions, understand inspection readiness, and know how to engage parents and community stakeholders. In addition to this, I have experience serving on various boards and commissions and have experience in governance, risk management and compliance. I know how to create and implement strategic plans and leverage community partnerships to serve students.I am seeking a position such as Director, Associate Director or Superintendent of Education where I can use the full range of my skills.

All levels of education from the classroom to the boardroom are familiar to me. I have taught at all levels and have experience providing professional learning to staff to help them with instruction, a culture for learning, using data to plan for student success and assessment. I also have taught the Education Leadership course for Principals to gain certification as school admininstrators.
