Having more than Sixteen (16) years of relevant experience in multi-discipline projects such as
Construction, Commissioning and Electrical Maintenance project in the field of Oil and Gas, GC,
Petrochemical refinery, utility and Power plant (Green & Broun) (Onshore & Offshore) I am seeking for a position utilizing intensive knowledge in the field of Electrical Maintenance Technician.
Profile
- Maintain and manage electrical systems, generator switchboards, motors wiring and UPS batteries.
- HVLV switching and HV/LV protection would also be highly desirable
- knowledge of Electrical Isolation standards, PTW, power management, Generation on LV
- proper electrical safety regulations and wear safety clothing always as well as use safety equipment in order to reduce any risks of serious injuries.
- Check all the electrical equipment is in working condition
- electrical failure or trip in power supplies checks, restore and take remedial action
- Check all the equipment regularly related to electrical
- Taking care of all the Control panels of equipment’s
- Check fire alarm and firefighting system for complex and ensure that it works properly.
Good verbal and written communication skills & Using Personal Safety Equipment
- Ability to read drawings, Work in Shifts, Able to work indoor & outdoor
- Preventive maintenance electrical routinely inspecting electrical systems
- Identifying faults or hazards, Troubleshooting system failures and testing of electrical systems
- Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures
- Writing electrical maintenance reports
- Adhering to safety and performance standards
- Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and the National Electrical Code
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Physically strong and able to stand for long periods
- Good communication skills.
- Repairs, installs, troubleshoots, and maintains routine electrical systems and equipment. Modifies,
aligns, calibrates, tests to include control systems, a wide variety of industrial infrastructure and production equipment,
- Troubleshoots electrical malfunctions, inspects circuits and wiring for shielding and grounding, and tests electrical equipment for safety and efficiency
- performing operation, maintenance and repair of interior and exterior electrical systems in accordance with the performance work statement such as primary and secondary distribution systems, HV switchgear, transformers etc.
- maintain and repair services, HV primary/secondary feeders and branch power circuits and equipment facilities to include electrical distribution systems such as interior and exterior lighting circuits and equipment, motors and motor control circuits.
