My background includes graduation from faculty of engineering "Al-Shorouk Academy" civil department 2012,
obsessed with construction project management, “studied for project management at AUC "PRMG" 2016,
pre-masters of construction engineering and management at Cairo University 2014.
Having a good experience in fire protection engineering and life safety as a member of firefighting committee at housing and building national research Centre "HBRC", participated in the review of many projects according to Egyptian fire and parking codes such as Cairo festival city and Almaza city Centre
Works a planning engineer for 2 years that I was write a base line schedule for company I was work in it for all project it had and follow up up to 20 projects in same time, make an update once every month for each one,
make a recovery plan when they needed and make a monthly report for projects owners for progress of projects.
Make a video course for primavera P6 in 10 hours and providing it a free-lance as instructor and tech that course offline.
Works a cost control engineer as a flow up of mega project in high way roads and bridges, Flow up Daily report, Assets, Sub-Contractor, Ledger, Make an Earned Value, Preliminaries Monitoring (Transfers /
Unbudgeted / Explanation).
In addition to this experience, in planning that my work now. Prepares schedule program as requires by contract and CGC. Load resource and costs to the schedule. Prepares schedule update during the project time and identify critical path activities and interfaces.
Ability to revise program according to anticipated completion dates for the activities of the project. Progress and performance reporting as CGC technical report form. Coordination, standardization and optimization of all planning interfaces between all areas of the project.
Attend meeting with the client and consultant to follow up the project progress. Providing advice and support on the development of specific systems
