Developed and implemented an independent study ESL program. Lead the Elementary Support Services Team (includes ESL, Reading Lab, and Learning Center). Facilitated the Support Services Team for the accreditation process responsible for organizing the development of the programs and curriculum for all Support Services classes.

Art Teacher, AAG. Salwa, Kuwait. Aug 1996-Aug 1997. Taught art from Nursery to Fifth Grade using the SPECTRA curriculum. Set up and coordinated the Art Department for this new school. Integrated classroom themes into art projects that were both meaningful and educational. Organized and conducted the first annual student art exhibition.

Taught intensive English to children and adults from the pre-literate to high intermediate levels, using a communicative teaching approach.
