Maintained good communication between department heads, medical staff and governing bodies by attending board meetings and synchronizing interdepartmental functions.
Some test instruments are maintained within the biomedical department for safety purposes.
Attending meetings conducted for the Canadian Accreditation procedure (member of the Emergency & Disaster Management Team).

Installation of respiratory equipment’s and devices in clinics and hospitals.
Maintenance and service of respiratory equipment’s.
Provide technical support for medical equipment’s.
Experience in handling home care medical devices mainly; CPAP, BIPAP, Oxygen Concentrator.
Assisting the end users in providing training and performing sleep study.
Analysing software based sleep study reports.

The job mainly deals with the maintenance of medical devices and equipment’s and involves the following duties and responsibilities;
Call log procedure:- Attends complaints of all departments in the hospital and maintains a complaint log.
PM work instruction:- To be done within a period of 6 months and maintains a record of the preventive maintenances of equipment’s.

Telephone/Pager protocols:- Attends to complaints through calls from departments.
Performed troubleshooting techniques and preventive-maintenance activities.
Trained the medical staff on proper operation of equipment.
Ensured that the equipment is functioning properly and safely.
Conduct safety-tests on medical facilities to ensure patients safety.
