Accomplished and visionary Projects Director and deep contracts knowledge with over 28 years of hands-on experience leading large-scale hospitality, high-rise building, hotels, compounds, mixed-use, hospitals and infrastructure projects. Advanced knowledge and skilled in FIDIC & NEC contracts, able to administer, develop and govern all terms and conditions of Project contracts to ensure that the contract documents requirements are applied and maintained throughout the project life cycle from the tender process through to contract closeout. Overseeing all project aspects from inception, design, construction to post completion, fostering effective collaboration, ensuring stakeholders’ alignment, managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.
