• Performed fiber-optic fusion splicing (Fujikura 70S) and optical power verification (OPM/OTDR) on GPON/FTTH infrastructure, from FDH splitter cabinets through to ONT installation and bench testing.
• Evaluated VoIP SIP trunking (Grandstream IP-PBX) and analyzed SIP call flows; reviewed wireless deployment fundamentals (channel planning, VLAN segregation) for subscriber data services.
• Audited data center power, cooling, and physical security infrastructure (ATS/UPS redundancy, CRAC cooling, DCIM asset tracking, layered access control) at OGERO's Bir Hassan facility.

Embedded Systems Contractor at Freelance (2025-06 – 2025-09)

• Designed and deployed ESP32 irrigation control firmware (MQTT, I2C sensor coordination, scheduling logic) with automated sensor-driven control, eliminating the client's need for manual watering cycles.
• Built a hybrid MQTT/TCP Android app with offline mode and manual override, giving the client reliable control even during connectivity outages.
