I am a highly motivated, dynamic WHS and Injury Management professional with extensive experience across healthcare, manufacturing and warehouse environments. A former Clinical Nurse Manager with 10 years of nursing experience and extensive experience in health, safety, injury management, auditing, quality and leadership. Currently a Health & Safety Manager and Injury Manager at Blackmores, a manufacturing and warehouse organisation.
I am deeply committed to excellence and have developed strong skills in WHS management, injury and workers compensation management, policy and procedure development, risk management, auditing, compliance and stakeholder engagement. I am recognised for my ability to lead and empower teams, influence senior stakeholders and drive a strong safety and wellbeing culture. Although I am passionate about my current job and love my workplace, I am now seeking an opportunity to apply and further grow my skills and experience.
