Health & Safety Manager and Injury Manager at Blackmores (Present)

• Lead the WHS and injury management function across manufacturing and warehouse operations, providing strategic and operational safety leadership.
• Manage workplace injuries, workers compensation claims, rehabilitation and return-to-work programs, including early intervention, case management and injury trend analysis.
• Act in the WHS Director role during the Director's absence, providing senior WHS leadership and reporting directly to the Executive Team on safety performance, risks, incidents and strategic priorities.
