I combined the firm as “Civil & Criminal Litigation Lawyer” – Year 2010 and till present, I Went above conducting research and analyzing the civil & criminal cases probable outcome and devising an effective strategy to defend the client’s in court; interpreting laws for consumers and helping them understand the legal options, investigating the case and interviewing witnesses, advocating for the defendant at trial; and developing case strategies.

My main duties and accountabilities combined on:

• Controlling and navigating legal relationships in Business World: Reading & amending contracts, reviewing Business mergers for companies.
• Tracking new civil and criminal cases through the charge process and file Notice of Appearances.
• Leading Counsel in 50 to 60 courts on annual bases.
• Drafting legal documents and negotiating settlements.
• Communicating with clients about their needs and providing them with legal advices, and keeping them updated about the case and any positive or negative outcomes.
• Conducting research and analyzing evidence supporting every case represented.
• Developing ideal arguments and representing clients in civil and criminal legal

• Providing and following up building permits Drafting sales agreements, lease contracts, outsourcing contracts and pledge contracts

• engaged in negotiating and agreeing terms with all relevant parties

• Strong verbal & written communication and commercial skills

• preparing a case, representing clients in court and carrying out any litigations.

-advise clients on any issues and guide them through different forms of dispute resolution
