My name is Firas Slim, currently working as an Arabic, English and French copywriter at WebBoxed.
Earlier, I taught Arabic Language and Literature at Montessori School of Beirut. Prior to that I was also teaching at the German International School of Beirut since I am a holder of a bachelor in Arabic Language and Literature from the American University of Beirut. Besides teaching I am the main research assistant for Professor Lyall Armstrong at AUB, where we both work on translating ancient Arabic texts to English and interpreting their Arabic poetry. On the other hand, I have been also translating texts and transcribing videos from Arabic to English and vice versa for NGO here in Lebanon the like of which Nusaned Oraganization.
In Addition to that, I have taken the responsibility of copywriter for ‘Wires Communication’, writing and editing online English material for the company.
I am fluent in both English and French and I have a deep understanding and knowledge of the Arabic Language and Literature that would allow me to excel in any related field and I would be honored to have a chance to work with you.
