During my work period at Nokia as Ingénieur expert et référent technique sur le réseau fixe, I am in charge of:
- Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
- Configuring Cisco Switches for intranet layer 2 layer 3
- Configuring Huawei Switches for intranet layer 2 layer 3
- Configuring Alcatel Switches for intranet layer 2 layer 3

- Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
- Configuring DZhone Dslams, full configuration (Configuring Uplinks, ADSL, VDSL, GPON, POTS and OLT) and linking it to the network.
- Configuring Nokia Msans, full configuration (Configuring Uplinks, ADSL, VDSL, POTS, OLT)

As a Quality assurance my responsibilities were:
- Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Documenting test plan, test cases and release notes on Confluence.
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities.
- Designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using TestRail.

During this period, I was in direct contact with end-users, or clients to be more specific, where I was sent to install internet connections at clients' homes and locals. I was also in charge of monitoring everything related to internet subscriptions from my office.
INTERNSHIP at Meatel (2014-06 – 2014-09)
My professional working experience lies in the internship I went through at Meatel, where I became a part of the telecom engineers' team, as an intern, and got to be taken along to working sites. I was able to gain experience that improved my knowledge and helped advance in my learning phase.
