Experienced and passionate Pastry Chef with over 14 years of the industry, creating innovative and highly pleasing desserts for restaurants, and fine dining events. My food passion started from a very young age and kept growing bigger and bigger until I started working in the industry. I got promoted from Chef de Partie to Assistant Executive Chef to Sous-Chef to Pastry Chef, and finally to Head Pastry Chef.
