Bringing a master’s degree in mechanical engineering with 9 years of experience working with different cycles students, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to create Math and Physics lesson plans to meet the needs of various student populations. So here I am, seeking to utilize my previous teaching experience to provide an intentional, social and emotional learning curriculum at your school. Also coming with familiarity with independent school culture, courses creating skills, and proficiency in educational technology.

Math and Physics Content Editor and Translator at Educational Research Center - Sayegh 1944 | 2020 – Present

My responsibilities include

• Driving editorial and publishing development of a portfolio of books of Physics and Math with a core focus on algebra, geometry, trigonometry, mechanics, optics, electricity and related emerging fields.
• Working closely with the editor-in-chief and editorial team to manage content and to shape and develop the journals from manuscript to publication, reviewers, typesetters, printers, and designers. 
• Assessing submitted research papers, making editorial recommendations, and overseeing the peer review process and SAT Math and Physics tests.
• Ensuring that all KPIs are regularly monitored, reported and met, and that action is taken as needed.
• Striving for maximal efficiency and productivity with other editors
• Developing strong working relationships with colleagues in production, IT and other departments to ensure that any problems encountered with books, and particularly with authors and editors is resolved.
• Managing annual journal development/improvement plans and overseeing their implementation and successful conclusion.
• Understanding and engaging regularly with the research communities and third-party partners that your journals serve.
• Communicating with the research community and publishing industry, and translating these into proposals for successful services including the possible acquisition of new society contracts.
• Reviewing and developing publishing guidelines and ensuring that publishing plans are implemented correctly.

My responsibilities include

• Facilitating the online learning process and encouraging personalized learning goals for scholars which Helped juniors and seniors to get high scores.
• Assisting and monitoring scholars on effective use of technical devices for academic purposes.
• Mentoring scholars in developing personalized learning strategies, emotional intelligence, and self-directed learning behaviors.
• Establishing a culture of learning that reflects the educational importance of the work undertaken by both scholars and teachers.
• Establishing and monitoring routines and procedures for the smooth operation of the classroom and the efficient use of time.
• Managing scholar behavior to allow for high levels of engagement with the content
• Modeling a precise and expressive use of language to effectively communicate with scholars, including: expectations for learning, directions for activities, and explanations of content.
• Using questions, prompts, and discussion techniques to cognitively challenge scholars, advance high-level thinking and discourse, and promote metacognition.
• Engaging all scholars in learning through well-designed learning tasks, activities and courses that require complex thinking.
