oversee the overall planning, implementation, and monitoring of the health program.

assure high quality standards in the project by implementing and adhering to national IMC minimum standards.
review and provide input for daily, weekly, and monthly field reports to analyze program and adjust as needed.
works with finance, logistic, HR and admin to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
evaluate progress through outputs and impacts using quantitative and qualitative data and involving the health team in • provide overall management for the health team and support as well evaluate and recruit as per needed.
work closely with the site manager and senior management team to determine operational needs for the program.
prepare and contribute to project proposals for new funding opportunities.
perform other duties as assigned
