Qatar National Bank (QNB) - Lusail New Headquarter Project (Norman Foster Design)

• Project Highlights: As client representative,
• Coordinate with higher management and prepare Draft Letters for both parties, designers (Tabanlioglu Architects) and contractors (LREDC).
• Preparing the minutes of meeting of each progress meetings, to ensure project completion within timeline and contracts amendments.
• Management and preparation for project Tracker and weight tracker of compliance to insure timeline completion of submissions.
• BIM coordinator, reviewing and comparing all submittals items with specifications and release CRS for this regard with Code evaluations to prepare files for tender phase from schematic phase.
• Preparing benchmarks and presentations to follow up with clients for detailed information related to the project.
• Site visit and Attending snagging evaluations by using “ONSITE” application to raise points and concerns for the built-up area.
• Attending and interfering in control sample material submissions, workshop for interior furniture elements. Preparing documents of evaluations and release for the design company for reference and final decisions.
• Attending and taking minutes of meeting for GSAS, FLS, VAULTS specialist, DATA Center, F&B, AORs, DC1/2 regulations and requirements for authority approvals. In order to proceed for IFC and Building permit.
• Design & Project Management: Qatar Energy Ras Laffan City Project Design:
• Preparing concept and design for Accommodations divided to Senior, Junior and Workers. With all amenities including club houses, Mosques, Pool services, Laundry and storages workshop and warehouse. Project milestone area 2, 594, 013.39 sqm., including 100,000 occupants.
• Management and project Tracker follows up, to consolidate the submittals with responding to CRS formats, complying with comments for all Architectural disciplines including technical presentations and Landscaping.
• BIM coordinator and ensure coordination with all disciplines (Arch- MECH-ELEC/ELV).
• Preparing clash report for BIM models on NAVIS files for all the projects building.
• Working on cut sheets format (self-design- approved by client) for furniture, Sanitary and other equipment used for project coordination in collaboration with medical health specialist (UHS) and kitchen laundry specialists (BASCO), sports courts specialist and others used for the project
• Design Management: Qatar Foundation - Al Rayyan Project:
• Study of Qatar foundation regulations, site conditions, Contractual Amendments and appendix; in order to have permit to work from the organization.
• Preparing presentations and analysis for the Urban plan and the existing Landscape figure and interfere with the new design to align.
• Preparing Project Pre-Concepts and Concept Presentations and attending meeting with Qatar Foundation team to discuss points of meeting.
• Execution Architect: Rixos Hotel Baghdad- Perlitta Garden Pearl Qatar - residential and F&B.

INTERIOR DESIGN Retail Dolce&Gabbana Casa- Luxury Living (Bentley- Trussardi Casa - Bugatti) at POWER INTERNATIONAL HOLDING _ ASSETS GROUP _ MALL OF QATAR (2022-10 – 2023-10)

Finalizing interior drawings, concept designing, 3D and site visit:

• Palace in Lusail -Apartment in Paris- Podium designed for Luxury Living furniture in DECC exhibition- Collaboration with collegue Architects for Maysan hotel Doha.
